Stop listening to the inner critic

Finally, half the battle that we have with confidence and self-esteem is our own thought process. Do you find yourself focusing on the negatives? Do you make a habit of thinking things are going to go wrong? Again, this isn’t a good habit to be in, and it is time to change it. Instead, focus on the positive aspects in your life.
