The Perfect Light Coverage Foundation From Chanel

This foundation has been in my possession since Christmas and I don't know how I've waited this long to talk about how much I love it.
If you have normal or dry skin with little to cover up, this is the foundation for you.

Chanel VitalumiĆ©re Aqua (£31.00,- £33) is an ultra-light foundation that feels almost like water on the skin but perfects a flawless finish with zero cake.
This is the first lightweight light coverage foundation I've had- I never realised that that's all I needed until recently, and this product has made my fall in love with products like tinted moisturiser.
I'm very lucky to have clear, bright skin with no scarring, acne or discolouration because I've always had such a good skincare routine from around twelve years old.
I like to apply this with my fingers best, however, applying it with a brush gives it a teeny little more coverage- it also works a dream on top of my NARS Tinted Moisturiser, the two together give a radiant, dewy medium finish, (and your face smells great!)

The light liquid blends into the skin amazingly, giving a natural, glowy finish that's more like a second skin, it's a 'your skin, but better' product for sure.

My first thoughts when I saw this were about how small it was! The bottle really looks tiny and is smaller than palm of my hand, it almost looks like a travel size product, which isn't ideal considering the price range.
However, a little really goes a long way- and this is proven by the fact I've just hit half the bottle and I've had it since Christmas.
The packaging isn't anything fancy, it's very minimalistic, sleek and modern, however the plastic bottle is very disappointing considering Chanel products are usually presented in glass bottles.

Like most Chanel beauty products, it has a slight scent, it's incredibly refreshing and hasn't irritated my skin at all, it's such a clean but fruity scent that I love to smell at 6:30am.

I'll definitely be re-purchasing this when I eventually run out, it's now a must have in my collection.
The only thing I would change about this foundation is the packaging, if I'm paying £31.00+ I expect a little more luxury from Chanel.
This product has got me wanting to try some other foundations from Chanel, too.

If you've tried any let me know your thoughts!
